"Powers & Gregory has always serviced my unit which has been great! AC stopped working yesterday, came home from work to the house in the 90s with multiple dogs and being 30 weeks pregnant it was not the time for that. Called the office at 4PM and she worked hard to get Austin and Mr Powers out there before the end of the day, were able to change a part, and even called me hours later to make sure the part fixed the unit due to the unit being too hot for them to touch at the time. Can't thank them enough for a quick turn around time and getting the house back cool!" - Nina G

"We had a issue with the hvac not getting hot , cool air coming out , we called same day Greg came out and went through each step to get us up and running , we did need a part that had Toby ordered , but we had heat strips working , next day I called Greg and left a message, he immediately told me to use the emergency heat and would try to get the part while in Columbia, later that day Jeff came by with the part and put it in the hvac unit , seemed like it was working but right after he left , cool air started coming out and temps dropping while on the heat button , I put in new thermostat batteries just to be sure. Back on emergency heat for now and sent a message to Greg that we would call on Monday for more assistance. Great service from both Greg and Jeff , very polite and knowledgeable of the service they were providing us and responded back on calls and texts from us as well . "As I sit here in a cool home this morning, I am beyond grateful to Rodney and team at Powers and Gregory for the quick and efficient response to our downed a/c! Rodney and son went above and beyond to take care of our issue working in the sweltering heat both in our attic and outside our home. Not only that, they made a late afternoon trip to Columbia to pick up the needed part and complete the job so we had a cool home to sleep in last night! We are a military family and Rodney Powers made us feel like family while providing superior service. I was able to keep my spring break trip plans back home while they came in and replaced one of my AC units. I came home and found everything in my attic was cleaned after the installation, these folks do very neat and clean work.
