Our heat went out just before the big freeze in December. Powers and Gregory, despite being inundated with service calls the week before Christmas, identified and fixed the problem with no hassle. It was a refreshing experience at a moment of intense frustration and concern. Should I ever need AC/Heating work done again, they will be my first call.
